
Here is a photo I took a few days ago of a local barber shop still operating! I had never been in one myself, so I may just pop my head in and say hello if I see it open when I'm in town again. Be nice to get the "story" of the business like others I've found on-line.

The neighborhood barbershop was a place where men would hang out for hours to talk politics, sports and relationships. Even if they didn't need a cut, they would relax in the shop, play checkers and swap stories. Nothing was off limits.
